DEPOSITS – A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and must be received within 7 days of booking your party. Please make cheques payable to "Party Pixies”

CANCELLATIONS - Under exceptional circumstances should you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative date within 3 months of the original booking, so long as we notified at least 3 days before the party date.

ALLERGIES - Please notify our staff prior to the party if any have allergies to cosmetic and hair products. Party Pixies accepts no responsibility for failure to notify us of any such allergies. We do have public liability insurance.

TRAVEL - We will endeavour to arrive at your party venue on time. We accept no responsibility for circumstances beyond our control e.g. Adverse weather conditions, unexpected traffic delays or accidents. A small mileage charge will be applied to parties out-with our core areas. This will be discussed and agreed at time of booking.

BALANCE PAYMENT - Any balance due is payable on day of party in cash. Alternatively if you wish to pay by cheque, we must receive your cheque 3 working days prior to the party date.

INCREASE IN NUMBERS ATTENDING - Should you upgrade your party package to include more guests, please contact us at least 48hrs prior to the party. If we feel it necessary we may need to increase the time and  staff accordingly. This is subject to availability.

DECREASE IN NUMBERS ATTENDING - Should you need to decrease the numbers attending, please contact us at least 48hrs prior to party. If less than 48hrs notice is given you will be charged for the number originally booked.

ADULT ATTENDANCE - We do require at least one adult to be present for the duration of the party. The liability for the safety of all guests lies with the responsible person who must be over 18 years of age.

GENERAL - In exceptional circumstances, should we feel that a guest(s) is behaving in an unacceptable manner, we reserve the right to ask the responsible adult to exclude the guest(s) from the party.

KITCHEN - Due to health and safety in the salon children are not allowed in the kitchen.
